What the heck is the Tao of Questy?

Technology has been my profession for the past twentysomething years. Music and Philosophy have been my passions for my entire life. It only seems natural that the two come together at my cyberspace home. If you'd like to laugh a little, learn a little, and are open minded enough to stretch your mind a little, then join me for the journey I call the Tao of Questy. Although this area is called the Tao of Questy, it's not necessarily about Taoism, or any specific philosophy for that matter. The Tao of Questy is about love and laugher and being human. It's about sharing ideas and being a little bit crazy in order to stay sane.

To quote a famous fellow philosopher, Voltaire, "I laugh to keep myself from going mad."

Who is Questy?

A little bit about the philosophies of the philosopher. A general idea of who I am as a person, and where I'm coming from in my philosophical views. I also have a page of random thoughts from some well know philosophers, along with a few personal thoughts of my own on a page of ramble and photographs.

Who are We?

My personal thoughts on people and society. Someday I may turn these into rock ballads, anthems for the lost in cyberspace generation. I'm currently not turning my music into midi files, but give me time. As the bandwidth of the web increases, and my time to learn and play progresses, the day will come when the words will be accompanied by music. Truly the random thoughts and visions of the philosophic Questy. Some may be simple dreams, while other are burning melodies of words and music pouring through my soul.

I started reading the works of the great philosophers when I was old enough to read. I took my first philosophy class back in high school. As time goes on, I hope to organize my notes on philosophy to share with those who care to learn, and for those who dare to dream.
